In Jim’s introduction to the ITRC-MISTRAL analysis for long-term planning for infrastructure in the OxCam Arc, he presented a brief overview of the evidence-base analysis framework developed by the consortium. He emphasised that the results being presented at the conference are pilot results with a limited number of scenarios and options being shown. It demonstrates ITRC’s unique capability of looking in an integrated way across infrastructure sectors to garner insights into what the Arc could achieve. The purpose of the conference and analysis was to offer a platform for discussion for the many stakeholders in the Arc.
